Custom Ordering Information: To Order: Specify Stock No., Layout No. (which determines type style and number of lines), Ink Color and Imprint Copy. For Signature Stamp Orders: Signature must be written actual size to fit stamp, in black ink on white unlined paper and attached to Order Form.
