Shipping from over 30 warehouses around the United States

When you place an order, online, by fax, or phone with CleanSweepSupply.com, we search from over 30 warehouses nationwide to find the one nearest to your shipping address that has the item in stock.

Most orders placed by 4 pm (eastern standard time) Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays) will ship that day. Otherwise the order will ship the next business day. Most orders will arrive within 1-2 business days.

How do I get free delivery?

There are three requirements for free delivery:

  1. The order amount must be over $50. Orders under $50 will be charge $9.25 for shipping.
  2. The order must be shippable by UPS. Just look for the UPS Shippable icon. If the common carrier Not UPS Shippable icon is shown refer to How are non-UPS orders shipped? below.
  3. The order MUST be delivered within the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

How do I get next business day delivery?

  1. The order must be placed before 4pm (EST) Monday - Friday (exluding holidays).
  2. The order must be shippable via UPS.
  3. The order must be in stock.
  4. The order must not have special order items.
  5. The order MUST be delivered within the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

What if I MUST have my order by the next business day?

Please call our toll free customer support line, 877-677-7015, and we will work with you to satisfy your requirements.

How are non-UPS orders shipped?

Orders within the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) that cannot be shipped by UPS will be sent by Common Carrier. Freight for Common Carrier orders will be calculated during checkout. If a Common Carrier order contains UPSable items, no shipping charges will be calculated those items.

How are orders outside the 48 contiguous United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) handled?

Any order that is outside the 48 contiguous United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) that are not APO will be shipped by Federal Express. You will receive an email prior to order fulfillment that will contain the shipping charges. Upon receipt of your confirmation accepting the charges, your account will be billed for these charges and the order shipped.

How are APO orders handled?

You will receive an email prior to order fulfillment that will contain the shipping charges. Upon receipt of your confirmation accepting the charges, your account will be billed and the order shipped.

When are weekend orders and deliveries processed?

Deliveries will be made between 8:00AM and 5:00PM, Monday through Friday.

Orders placed on holidays or weekends and after 4:00PM EST on Friday will be processed the following business day. If there is a delay in shipping your merchandise, we will contact you.
